The Keukenhof

March 24 | Opening of the spring garden!

The Keukenhof is characteristic for the Netherlands and famous for the Dutch tulips. Walk around the colorful gardens and discover many flower species, you didn’t know before. The most typical Dutch flower is the tulip, but besides the tulips there are many more flowers to see! There are also many activities to, for example: get on a boat called ‘The Whisper boat’ and sail through the flower fields and see all the flowers from another perspective. Or do a 60 minutes guided tour through the gardens together with 25 other people.

The Keukenhof is a paradise for children! Every day there are multiple activities to do. There is an animal meadow where you can pet animals, or take your kids to the playground with maze included or join the scavenger hunt!

The Keukenhof is located in Lisse, around an hour cycling away from car park Station Haarlem.
